Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
No. Your 14-day trial starts the moment you sign up — no card required. You only enter payment details if you choose to continue after the trial.
Can I use Operent for multiple locations?
Yes. Each location can be a separate workspace (tenant), each with its own subdomain, branding, and team. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
Does Operent work for my industry?
Operent supports 30+ service business types — from plumbers and landscapers to event rental companies and photographers. The dashboard adapts its language to your industry automatically.
Can my customers book directly from my storefront?
Yes. Once your storefront is live, customers can browse your catalog and submit a booking request. It lands straight in your jobs dashboard for you to review and confirm.
Is there a mobile app?
The admin dashboard is fully mobile-responsive and works in any mobile browser. A dedicated iOS/Android app is on the roadmap.
